Preventative Maintenance and Customer Support Agreements (CSAs):
A CSA is a tailored contract that helps you lower your cost per unit of production. Agreements are customized to fit your business and can range from simple Preventive Maintenance Kits to sophisticated Total Cost Performance Guarantees. Highly trained technicians are available to maintain your equipment, driving down operating costs. There are no pre-set requirements or specific products and services that you must agree to buy. In every case and with every piece of equipment, a CSA is an individualized plan. Depending on your needs, your costs can be a flat rate, monthly fee or some other arrangement based on actual production hours. Your agreement may include as few or as many pieces of equipment as you wish. You can cover individual systems, single pieces of equipment, or entire fleets. We will work with you to determine the best strategies to maximize productivity and minimize costs for any and all brands you operate. In the end, everyone's goal is the same: helping you gets more work done at a lower cost.

Custom fabrication and engineering
Countless prototype models have emerged from our shop over the years: some at the request of customers, others through a combined effort between Peterson and Caterpillar. Many have been patented and have found their way into the Caterpillar product line itself. Today that tradition continues with tractors customized for artic environments, tomato harvesters, and one-of-a-kind hydraulic worktools and attachments.
Peterson maintains its own state-of-the-art fluid analysis laboratory in Eugene, Oregon. Customers benefit through early detection of mechanical problems and enhanced insight into their tractor’s health. Regular oil and coolant testing are excellent tools to lower operating costs and increase productivity.
Our goal is to be your source for fluid power solutions on all brands. To achieve this goal, we use our complete knowledge of hydraulic systems engineering with our extensive capabilities to manufacture needed components – regardless of their size or complexity. Our systems meet or exceed modern contamination and tolerance requirements.
